Virtual Gift Card
Virtual gift card are gift cards and/or cash coupon codes issued by Amtify.
When using your virtual gift card or cash coupon codes, they are only valid foronetime use ONLY, unless otherwise stated.
If the purchase amount is less than the value of the virtual gift card, any remaining balance will be forfeited unless otherwise stated with pre-approval from Amtify.
If the purchase amount is greater than the value of the gift card, customer may simply pay the difference.
Please note ALL virtual gift cards issued by Amtify will not cover any shipping fee(s) in the transaction. Customer will be responsible for ALL shipping fee(s)Unclaimed ItemsIf your parcel is unclaimed, parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Request for re-delivery can be arranged and additional shipping fee will be applied. We will hold your package up-to 90 days. Please note, there will be no refund for UNCLAIMED item(s).
If you dispute payment from card issuer or PayPal for UNCLAIMED ITEMS, we will issue an invoice in the amount of the original shipping fee plus $100 service fee. Please note, outstanding balances may be automatically turned over to third party collector for collection.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

- Return Policy
For damaged products, you must return the products to us within 24 HOURS from the date of its original arrival at your location. A picture of the actual product will be required from you within 24 hours and we will open up a case to resolve this matter.For loss shipments, if the item cannot be tracked,shows not delivered or lost in the Post office system. We will be responsible for the loss and ship you the replacement order immediately.Refunds
If You wish to receive a refund. You must notify us within 24 hours following the receipt of the item(s). You will be notified by email within 1 to 2 business days after you submit your refund request.Policy for ExchangesApparel items - If the Customer finds that the item they purchased is the wrong in size, we will more than happy to provide an exchange. We will also waive the shipping fee for the exchange item. If your shipment is lost or stolen, please rest assure, Amtify will reship you your package at no additional charge.
However, we must receive an official request and confirmation from you (the shopper) and we will file a claim with Fedex or USPS for the shipment.
The investigation process may take up to 21 business days and once the claim has been acknowledge by USPS/ Fedex team, we will then reship your package at once.
Due the increase in online fraud, we will not issue refunds for lost package(s).
You may return package for a refund, if you decide not to keep the order.
